6. 第三者提供

9. 保存期間
個人情報は、利用目的の達成に必要な期間または法令上保存が必要な期間に限って保持し、不要となった場合は、復元困難な方法で消去または廃棄します。

本人または正当な代理人は、当校が保有する本人の個人データについて、利用目的の通知、開示、訂正・追加・削除、利用停止・消去、第三者提供の停止および第三者提供記録の開示を、法令の定めに従って請求できます。
請求の際は、下記窓口へご連絡ください。本人確認および請求内容の確認後、法令に従い合理的な期間内に回答します。手数料は原則として不要ですが、郵送その他の実費が必要となる場合は事前にお知らせします。法令上、請求に応じられない場合は、その理由を説明します。

7. Management of Contractors
KLS may outsource website, form, email, system, storage, and other operations. KLS appropriately selects contractors, defines data-handling conditions by contract or other means, and provides necessary and appropriate supervision.
8. Security Measures
To prevent leakage, loss, or damage, KLS takes necessary and appropriate organizational, personnel, physical, and technical security measures, including defining responsibilities and access scope, staff training, proper management of documents and media, access control, authentication, protection against unauthorized access and malware, and contractor supervision. If personal data is handled in a foreign country, KLS will understand the relevant legal environment and manage the data appropriately.
9. Retention
Personal information is retained only for the period needed to fulfill the purpose of use or as required by law, and is securely deleted or destroyed when no longer required.
